- INSTALLATION: Our arches are freestanding and do not need to be fixed to any walls or flooring. The arch itself comes in 6 sections which slot together for ease of assembly and storage when not in use. The base is made up of a cross style foot on each side providing freestanding stability.
- PLEASE NOTE: All of our arches arrive boxed for convenience and will need to be assembled. Each arch comes with full instructions. Once assembled gently fold down the branches and fluff out to provide the required bushy look

Great !
Looks great , lights are ok but I’ve put another set of coloured lights and it’s looks fabulous, so happy with it and everybody has commented on how nice it looks. Good quality product and really easy to put together ,surprisingly I managed it on my own !

Awful!!!
The item was sent in a timely manner but the customer service from the seller direct was awful. The item i received was incomplete. Its comes in 5 parts and I was sent two of the same parts, so it would not connect correctly to switch the lights on. I emailed the seller direct and did not get a response. My husband managed to sort this issue by unravelling the lights and move the locations of the connecting switches, so we could use the garland, not ideal but as we were not getting any response from the seller and found a way for it to work. I raised a complaint to B&Q direct and finally got a response, the seller wanted evidence of the parts that were sent and because we had found a way to deal with it in the absence of any communication from the seller, they basically said glad you sorted it!!!! when you pay £129.99 for an item you expect it to be good quality and some sort of compensation for your inconvenience!!! Avoid, Avoid!!!

Nah...not worth the money
Terrible this, came with a 2 pin american plug, couldn't get the lights to work, ended up just buying separate light strings for it, currently in a wrangle with the supplier to get some money back as I don't have the time to go through returns process

Freestanding tree arch
Poles dont connected correctly so it sits off the level, one section the lights and branches are the wrong way round and cant be adjudted, waste of money!!!

Sturdy and looks splendid! Takes some putting together as the holes were not aligned.
