I bought 4 of these grow bags last week and to date have used 2 to fill large flower pots in order to plant tomatoes.
Having read previous reviews about the glass, plastic and twigs, I decided to sieve the contents prior to filling the pots.
Still got glass in them

1 star because it is clear that B&Q still aren't taking sufficient care to ensure that there is no glass in the compost. Found a piece approx. 6x5x3 mm (so not exactly tiny) in one of the bags. Thanks to some previous reviews I was taking extra care - glad that I was. Too early to comment on whether they are any good for growing tomatoes - I can only hope the answer to that one is yes!
Good stuff with no Pat and no glass

I bought these grow bags mainly due to the zero peat content. I dug the peat into soil and broke it up using my hands. Looks like good stuff and there was definitely no glass or plastic in either bag
