Awesome
As a painter and decorator I've just wallrock in the past. However this stuff is far superior. I have had no issues with application and it stays put. I always sand the walls first. Apply beeline sealer. Red top adhesive from eclipse wallcoverings in Wigan. No dramas what so ever. My Victorian home is toasty now.

Useless, simply doesn't stay stuck to the wall.
I bought this thinking it would save heat, but the product simply does not stay stuck to walls, even with the strongest paste available. I finished a whole room with this as the thermal lining and then covered it with a vinyl paper. After a few weeks the thermo paper started to peel away , initially round the window frames and fireplace as if it was being pulled by the surface tension of the vinyl. Even wood glue neat PVA didn't do the trick. No adhesive sinks into the backing of this paper and it simply pulls off. Getting the glue off the walls again took days as it had dried to the pattern on the reverse of the paper. So 10 rolls of this went to waste along with all the top vinyl and the room had to be relined with normal lining paper . Over £500 wasted in materials alone. . On one part of the room above the picture rail it has been emulsioned and has stayed stuck so far. In my experience this cannot take the additional wight of being papered over and simply does not adhere to the wall, even with my decorating shops strongest glue. Avoid!
