This door is rubbish. One week after fitting we had some torrential rain and, although it had been painted with two coats of external gloss paint, it warped and twisted badly. The joints have opened up causing it to jam in the frame. I realised this was a cheap door but, as I was short of funds at the time, I took a gamble hoping it would last for a couple of years and I would then replace it. Looks like it won't last six months! Avoid at all costs!
Junk, not fit for purpose

External door - ho ho. Bought, painted using suitable external paint, 2 coats, fitted, looked good. Then it rained and the temperature changed. The joints opened and cracked, maybe not glued properly. 3 months later it has warped, cracked and swelled and doesn't fit any more. Don't buy this if you intend to use this external door externally. It's rubbish. Go to a proper company to buy a real external door.

Bought this door because of its simple design to use as a pantry door. Made a point of picking the one which was well packaged, unwrapped to find damaged, joiner made good as best he could. I’ll have to get some filler to make good the rest. Only reason I’m not returning is it would cost more to pay the joiner than retuning door.
