Half a product - don't buy!

Bought the rail and when I took it home to fix it I realised it didn't come with any screws or fittings! It's like being sold half a product. I would pay more to get everything included. Very disappointed, this is not helpful and just creates another job to find the right fittings! Very frustrating.
Decent pole but watch out.

We got this and it's longer version while the pole looks good up on the wall the price does not include curtain rings so needed 4 packs of rings at extra cost, many other poles I have seen have them included even if you dont need them, also once home and unpacked there are no screw's of plugs included I had some that did the job but not everyone will. Lastly there are no instructions other than a very simple picture on box and after putting brackets up we realised the brackets are different depending on thickness of pole.
It seems a bit penny pinching from a large chain like B And Q when poles of similar price from other retailer's have rings screw's and instructions included.
