Terrible product joints split after 6 months with light wear
Joe1956 - 1 month ago
I purchased this product for a bathroom project.
Having laid various floors with different materials this is the worse product I have ever used.Fragile edges breaking so bad I got a complete refund.
Why B&Q are still supplying this I will never know.
Purchased new stock from their main competitor was delivered within 2 days went down a treat, all joints nice and square and extremely robust.
Yes a little more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Laid 17 metres to my kitchen floor. I found the product reasonable to lay as I am a professional floor layer. Unfortunately 10 weeks after fitting a lot of the joints started splitting (very brittle material). I lifted up half the floor to inspect for reason of failure. This is were I discovered that the individual tiles had twisted in all plains of direction resulting in the outer click edges curving upwards resulting in a weak edge. Spoke to a member of staff who informed me that if there was a issue with this product it would have been discontinued from sale. They obviously don't read the reviews. Now awaiting for a flooring specialist to come and inspect on behalf of b and q and looking forward to that. Just hope he is as certified as I am lol.
Overpriced, not fit for purpose

Had mine fitted by my kitchen fitter on 27th July, cracking on the joints around 2 weeks ago. Spoke to ‘flooring specialist’ in store and advised that despite it saying on the display and packaging that it is for use in a kitchen, the ‘floor specialist’ advises it is not for heavy traffic areas so there is nothing they can do, my partner works away the majority of the time so it is mainly just me in the house on my own - I have never come across a floor that you cannot walk on and cracks after 2 months of wear.
Load of rubbish

Floor has been down about 6 months. Chipped and edges began splitting in certain areas. I’ve had to pull up half floor and use some spare boards left over from original fitting. See how long they last. Wouldn’t buy again.
