They will cost you
Laid professionally over a levelled floor and even used the sealant suggested and contact adhesive, not only are they coming up after a week but 5 weeks later the top coat is peeling off. Whole job which is sealed around cabinets will have to be taken up costing even more than laying them.

nice looking tiles
I bought these vinyl tiles to refurbish two bathrooms, they look beautiful and actually people think they are real tiles. However, they are very hard, so be careful when cutting them, nearly chopped one finger off. Not sure how well they stick onto surfaces, as I added glue to the floor before putting them down.

Better than expected!
I did something similar to one of the previous reviewers and left a gap between each tile that we then grouted. This looks great and makes it genuinely look like tile (just warmer underfoot!) It's a great pattern and colour too, just what we were after and looks better than expected. It can be a little hard to cut as it was quite tough, but once we figured out a good technique it was pretty easy and clean. (I scored it with a Stanley knife on the back, then folded it on that line so it snapped and then cut down the fold to cut through the front in a clean line. It stuck okay for me, especially now with the grout it seems solid. However additional adhesive definitely wouldn't be the worst idea! We laid our entire bathroom floor in under 24 hours, and the great thing about them being peel and stick is that we could chip away at it gradually during the day so we'd lay a few tiles and then come back later and do a few more. Just make sure to have something on hand that you can use as a spacer! We used some grout samples (little plastic ones) to set the right gap between the tile we were laying and the ones around it that we'd previously stuck down. This ensured everything was even and lined up! I used flexible white grout to finish it off and everyone who's seen it says it looks great!

Gorgeous
I bought this product to do a quick revamp over dull vinyl. Tiles are a gorgeous colour and have a high quality finish. I’d recommend adding extra adhesive spray to ensure an ultimate fixture to your floor surface! I opted for a tile effect pattern, using tile spacers and an easy grout finish to get the maximum effect. I’m happy with the finish on these, but I still comment on how durable these will be on a high traffic water area!! A must purchase if you’re willing to do more than just peel and stick!!

Disappointed
These tiles look great and easy to fit, however they are very awkward to position and over glued. They leave a gap between each tile, which depending on how you can position them, is not symmetrical. I wouldn’t recommend
