I bought this in sept then had to wait for fitting a long time due to building works. when we opened the box there was no seal on the door. Also the product is faulty...the door does not move back and forth without catching and pulling it out of alignment in the middle. Its not a good design at all...unless i just got a faulty one. Cant change it now as its been fitted. b and q didnt want to know because i bought it over 3 months ago...thanks b and q good customer service there very helpful not!!! I would contact the company direct but there is no address and no numbers on the leaflet again very unhelpful

Really disappointed
Upon opening the box we noticed some of the pieces where already opened. Even thought the description is white the picture looks a chrome finish. Instructions are not straightforward to follow and I had to double check with the book and noticed that the seal for the bottom of the fixed glass was missing. It's a nice screen shame I have to bring it back.

A great screen that does what it should. I can't understand the low scores that say it leaks - it doesn't (unless others have had faulty products). It took me and my son about 90 minutes to unpack and install. However, there are a couple of things to watch out for: 1) the swivel fittings are NOT the same, there is a bottom fitting and a top fitting. The difference is clear when you examine the instructions and the fittings - look closely! I think the bottom fitting is designed to raise the screen slightly as it is turned for cleaning. 2) there is a plastic stick on sign on the side of the screen that faces inwards (towards the bath) - it's not referred to in the instructions. It denotes the "easy clean" side of the door and it is possible to get the door the wrong way round if you don't see this. I'd also recommend having a diamond tipped tile drill to make the job easier. I'm really happy with the result - with care on fitting, it's sturdy, doesn't leak and looks great.

Good quality bath screen. Looks sleek.
I got this bath screen because it’s frameless which looks sleek and the glass is completely clear which looks much better than frosted glass. It also has the benefit of being reversible so can be fitted on the right or left side + the door opens both ways which is convenient for cleaning it. A few reviews mentioned the seal but have had no issues with it. It’s a very snug fit to the bath. My bathroom fitter installed the bath screen and shower riser within an hour so I guess it’s a straightforward install. The box was well packaged and the delivery guys were great. They showed ID at the door even with their massive truck outside with the company logo on and took the bath screen upstairs too. Happy with this purchase.
