Some good, some not so good...
The tap is excellent and the box includes a brilliant prices of kit to tighten the pipes to it. The pop up plug however does not seal tightly enough to stop the water seeping down the plughole. Additional washers had to be purchased and still not right.

Qualified Plumber- fits perfectly no excuses
Honestly the people on here do not know the basics of installing a proper tap. It's frustrating to see people trying to claim that it's faulty. Hire a professional plumber to install your taps if you don't have the ability to make a successful install. 1st and foremost if you're going to use a plastic spanner that is supplied alone, it will become loose. You're supposed to use a monoblock spanner to tighten the nut on to the fitting. When you finish installing the tap; and if you see a small little gap in between the tap and the hole on the actual surface, you need to apply either clear silicon or a colour that blends in on the surface. It works perfectly fine. B&Q needs to verify proper reviews, not random customers who have no clue how to install taps.

Creaks and groans!!
I bought this tap 18months ago and it makes a horrendous noise now. Been getting worse for the past 6months, to the point where I have to replace it now!!

Bad fit and broken mushroom plug
Bottom tap base circumference is the same size as the hole in the sink so the fit is very poor. Tap is either wonky and tight or too loose moves side to side. Both ceramic plugs instantly corroded and were stained white, one had since degraded and crumbled away after 12 months. Not impressed. But the overall look is still appealing.

Well functioning, multi use tap
Good quality tap and functioning handle and I love the extendable hose and alternate pour and spray settings. It is only let down by an underside plug fitting made of white plastic instead of stainless steel like many of the other taps sold which seems strange. While the plastic will likely hold out for a few years, it will not have the same level of longevity that a metal one would have had, as seen on other taps, otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

Nice looking Tap but terrible waste
The Tap itself looks great but the waste supplied is of terrible quality. My plumber could not get it to seal even with silicone and I had to buy another waste.

Sleek product
This tap looks gorgeous and has a great finish. Just make sure to check what fitting/piping you have first , the flexible hose supplied has a 15mm female connection so needs a 15mm male socket on your copper piping
