Wouldn’t Recommend This Wet Room Tray
We used a third-party fitter as B&Q’s own was nearly double the price. After fitting, the wet room tray didn’t drain properly — the shower pressure was too strong and water overflowed. B&Q were understanding but couldn’t help since it wasn’t fitted by them. They suggested checking the level, reducing water pressure by 50%, or removing the filter. I tried removing the filter, which helped a bit, but still not right. Another fitter checked and said everything was installed fine — the tray just isn’t fit for purpose. Ended up replacing it with a bigger tray and enclosure at extra cost. Really disappointed.
