Garcinia Kitchen - Great Customer Service (B&Q)
A big thank you for the great customer service from Francis (B&Q) Holywood Store - Belfast. My kitchen order arrived with damaged doors and missing parts - Francis dealt with my complaints and arranged for replacements to be delivered promptly. I personally found Francis to be very approachable, professional, polite/fair and extremely helpful. I would recommend buying a kitchen from Francis and his team the support and aftercare customer service I received was excellent. Again, thank you for all your help.

Missleading
When you buy the larder unit, and then choose the door, there is nothing o tell you that in fact you need another full height door of the same width to use with this larder door, mine turned up before I realised it was going to cost me another £60 to buy another door for the bottom part! If I buy a larder door I expect it to be the complete thing not cost me double, and you get NO HINGES to hang them on. What starts off as a "cheap" kitchen ends up costing alot more than expected due to all the "Optoinal Extras" you have to buy that are in fact "necessary" components to the do the job with, how can cabinet door hinges be "Optional"?, had I known I think I may have gone elswhere.

Perfect
The kitchen was delivered on time with plenty of communication from the depot to advise of the time and nature of the delivery. The after sales service from Customer service was also very good and I found the staff very helpful and eager to answer our queries.
