My draft review for the floor tiles:
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if your subfloor isn’t completely flat/level, especially if you have a timber subfloor that doesn’t provide totally uninterrupted support for the floor tiles. I’d definitely not recommend this flooring if you have an older period house, like our 1920s semi. If your subfloor doesn’t meet the stringent manufacturer’s guidelines, your tiles won’t align, will present a trip hazard, will obstruct the movement of chairs, stools etc, will peel at the corners, will separate from each other, will develop fault lines and will crack. Our floor was professionally fitted but 15 months later we’re having to rip it up and replace it at our own expense. Terrible product.

Biggest regret. It was an impulse buy without any research and without me reading any reviews. Boy did regret it. I started laying it late at night as I had a kitchen being fitted the next day. The top edges did not align properly. Using a rubber hammer (as per the instructions) the edges became damaged. I left it until the morning and the carpenter gave it a go. He has significant experienced in laying floors and especially vinyl one as of late in new builds etc. He said he had not seen anything like it. It was extremely poor. Time was against me otherwise I would have taken it back. I regret laying it. I regret the day I have to revisit this again to take it up and lay something fit for purpose.
Whoever designed this product should be sacked!!!

The flooring was laid by a professional using the correct underlay etc. but from the start the flooring didn't sit properly and 5 months later many of the joints have given way completely and we now have gaps and rises all over the place.
A complaint was logged with B&Q who sent out an 'independent' inspector. Shock horror, the report said there was no issue with the product - even though the inspector didn't even lift the tiles to check the joints, which is clearly where the problem lies.
If B&Q read the reviews of this product on their own website, surely, they'd see a pattern and remove this awful product from sale.
Do yourself a favour and avoid!! Awful product, marketed as luxury, but not fit for purpose.
DO NOT BUY

I wish I knew there was s review page on BnQ's website!
Prices from cheapest to priciest
Engineered ply flooring (top 3mm real wood)
"Luxury click" flooring (plastic)
And solid wood flooring
You'd think the 4th out of 5 would be pretty good?! But no! I'm a qualified carpenter with over 15years experience, my customer requested this as was for her hallway and downstairs toilet (so didn't want water damage to the flooring) I installed perfectly then days later all of the width joins that only have an upper and lower rebate to connect (whereas the length has a masculine and feminine join that can't come unstuck by walking on)
I used the spongy underlay that the flooring recommended... this was the problem! A solid underlay wouldn't have allowed you to stand on the join (on the width) and would have not unclicked it... now a week later every join has opened up
