Awful product, brittle connections, will not connect. We have used laminate before and its great, this however has to be the biggest pile of rubbish I've ever bought, and I own 2 lava lamps... its going to landfill. Save your money.
Poor quality product, connections are very weak

I should have believed the 6 out 6 one star reviews but was reassured by the 10year guarantee. The bad reviews were confirmed correct. At least 2 tiles in 10 had visibly cracked connections and the tiles that were laid with no visible damage broke at the connections after minimal use. No luck with my complaint to the store who told me that the 10year guarantee invalid due to using an underlay that B&Q themselves recommended and sold to me with the floor tiles. Guarantee honouring/ dishouring apart, my view is that it's the tiles that are faulty (see other reviews), the underlay incompatibility is secondary and the excuse to not honour
Very brittle and poor quality

Poor quality with very brittle edges. Wish I had seen other reviews before buying and paying for someone to fit it as I had to go out and buy extra for floor fitter to complete the job. With underlay and fitting I have spent over £850 and it looks cheap and nasty. I will be lucky if this floor lasts more than 6 months, I will never buy flooring from b&q again
Very very poor!!!!

I have just returned the (luckily one) pack I bought as I needed a lot so thought I would see what it was like first. It was a very good job I did! It was totally brittle! And literally snapped in my fingers with very little pressure! I would definitely avoid which is a shame as look wise it is a lovely colour! But then looking at these other reviews I see I’m not alone! B&Q I think it’s time to take these off your shelves!!!
Stay away from this completely

Laying the floor wasn't as bad as other reviews but wasn't easy, when it was first laid it looked great. It has been down one week and the problem is that it is impossible to clean, we have a Karcher floor cleaner and that wont shift the basic of dirt caused by walking in and out. This product should be removed from all stores as it is not fit for purpose.
