I bought this product at the beginning of August 2020 and had a new Kitchen floor laid. It is easy to work with and looked really great. Unfortunately as it it got colder outside little gaps in some of the joints started appearing. By middle December stressmarks started to appear in 2 places, which is rather disappointing as the floor is only 4 month in place.

Chose something different

These are large tiles and require inspection and practise before laying Following the instructions does not explain adequately the amount of impact required on the joint and will break the joint if hit too hard. This is not a DIY product and requires professional help. Reading some of the reports the professionals have problems as well. My advice don't use these chose something tried and tested. Mine have been down for three weeks and it's like walking on sugar when stepping on the joints as most have all failed.

Awful

Differing sizes so some would not click together They raise out of the fitting when laid My husband has laid lots of laminate and vinyl flooring and this is the worst he has ever used Unfortunately after all the hard work and cost they will need to be replaced when we can afford it Very disappointed with B & Q

Avoid

Wish I had read reviews.. bought these and had a mare fitting them, they don’t click together and are so brittle.. I have fitted many floors, laminate etc, these are the most expensive and worst. Going to contact b&q try to get some sort of refund

Very brittle tiles, stay away

I bought 26m2 of these tiles in August 2019 and had them fitted professionally at the end of september 2019. Sadly these tiles are very brittle, some of the edges were broken when the boxes were open and we ended up having to buy extra. Once the floor was laid it looked very nice, sadly over the past 12 months this floor has slowly cracked and lifted at the joints in several places, making the floor dangerous and unsightly. I ended up paying just under £1000 for the flooring and fitting and now have to buy new flooring after 12 months. This flooring is awful and is not fit for purpose and of very poor quality. Dont think i will ever buy flooring from B&Q again. Stay away from this product and dont waste your money.
