- Surface Preparation - Prepare the surface by removing any previous coatings and loose, flaking or peeling coatings completely. For bare wood lightly sand to remove any loose fibres. Use a cloth dampened with white spirit to remove any dirt, dust or grease.
- Instructions for Use - Apply evenly in the direction of the wood grain using a brush.

Suitable for light traffic, but quite blue
The first thing you read on the tin is, Suitable for light traffic areas, but the online description says twice that it’s hard-wearing before mentioning light traffic right at the end. Sure enough it isn’t very hard wearing, but at very good for the price. As others have said it’s more blue than ‘mid grey’ suggests

Great coverage but blue tinge
Nowhere near as dark as the promo photo has come out. The paint has much more of a blue tinge than I was expecting. Luckily, my room is royal blue so I can get away with it! Two coats and it was fully done. Wood grain shows through nicely. Very easy to apply with a brush

Perfect
This is the perfect grey shade! It's made my light oak wood look even better and gave it a modern look. It's a good quality varnish, and I only needed two coats to give it that bold look. Its hid every mark I had on my floors.

Amazing
I got this varnish on my friend recommendation… its bery good it give my food a new fresh look I normally use mop or floor wipes but after using wooden varnish my flooring looks so shiny and new Highly recommended

Classic finish
Used this for a tongue and groove wood stud wall. The product is super easy to use and works really well. Three coats have given excellent coverage with a solid colour where you can still see the grain of the wood. Colour is accurate to the images and application instructions are clear. Would definitely use again for other projects

Great product
Great product, great brand and very impressed with the finish it left. Nothing to complain about and would highly recommend it. Very easy to use and surprisingly spread quite nicely not to use too much

Perfect
I used this on the flooring in our hallway and the results are perfect. I love that this varnish works with our wooden flooring so the natural grain comes through rather than covering it all up. The flooring needed a couple of coats but the end result is great.

Great paint
Really gives great coverage. We only did one layer for a light staining. If you wanted a deeper colour add another layer. Really easy to apply and the smell isn't bad like most wood varnish can be. I highly recommend this we went for the min grey satin loads of colours to choose from.

Love the satin finish!!
So happy to use this satin finish vanish on my floor. The colour is amazing with 2 coats and dries quickly without any stickiness. Easy to apply on the floor and it’s has definitely refreshed my floor with its gorgeous colour.

Great coverage
I was a bit sceptical at first using this floor varnish but how wrong was I. I sanded my old horrible varnish off, to be amazed at how easily this varnish went on and wow how amazing it looks. The grain from my wood flooring still came through and looks amazing, the coverage is also amazing and I did my whole hallway with it. I'm that great full I found this varnish I'm now going to use it in my bathroom too
