I bought two boxes to lay on a bathroom floor. Positive points are it looks lovely when it's down and has a 10 year guarantee (so keep the receipt). Negative points are:
Problem 1: upon opening, four of the five planks in second box were chipped badly on the end - obviously the box had been dropped in storing or packing so I went back and exchanged them (30 mile round trip). New box all ok but some slight damage to the mdf edging on some of the planks so check edging to make sure all is perfect otherwise they won't fit together. I managed to smooth off the damaged bits quite easily; however quality control seem to be an issue with this product.
Problem 2: I've fitted several laminate floors previously and the planks can be moved length-ways when laid by tapping gently with a block and hammer at the end hence allowing movement of the planks to fit under pipes etc. running along the skirting board. Not with this product however - once you get the plank you're fitting down to about 10-15 degrees above floor level it will not slide despite best effort to cajole and tap it. This makes it really difficult to get a whole row into place if you have an obstruction.
Problem 3: the planks do not fit together end to end despite there being a tongue and groove on each end; although this makes the planks easier to fit together it means that you're relying on laying the next row to hold the previous one in place, so when you get to the end row this means that there is a gap/movement between the ends of each plank so I had to stick them down to the floor boards with double sides tape.
Would I buy this product again? NO

Laid 50sqm of this and found it to be of good quality and easy to fit. You do need to get used to making sure it is straight before joining boards and free of loose material but overall not bad and it looks and feels good quality.

I bought this in the 3 for 2 offer recently. There were some issues with boards not clicking tightly but when I checked the line it was out slightly. When straightened went down easily. When I noticed there were gaps in the boards I lifted then and ensured there was no debris inside the grooves. Flooring then went down well.
Took some time laying 30 m as one or two of the boards had a slight warp. Also I had to move furniture around. If the rooms were empty it would have flown down. Used a jigsaw with teeth pointing down..

Happy with the boards so far but I’ve only just laid them.
