Good value for money - good finish
Good product - fits the toilet well. I was just dissapointed that it did not have a soft close lid. On checking the box though, there was no mention of a soft close lid whereas all the other items I had looked at did say soft close lid - my bad for not checking properly

Enamel and/or packaging weakness
Packaging wasn't damaged, but despite this, bottom of toilet seat lid was chipped.

Looks expensive
Weighty seat and looks expensive which I liked. Found installation a little tricky and for some reason the seat will not sit completely flush. Doesn’t move though which is good. Due to the shiny nature of the material it leaves a lot of finger prints…..
