GoodHome Renovation Cupboard & Cabinet Paint is designed to be used on many different surfaces such as wood, melamine, plastic-coated cabinets and doors, metal and glass. It is also resistant against stains and scratches, meaning the colour and matt finish will stand the test of time.

- Surface Preparation - To paint cupboard doors and drawers, remove them from the units and lay on a horizontal surface. Wash the surface with a soda based cleaner and then rinse thoroughly. It should be clean and dry before painting, sand surface thoroughly and ensure any loose particles are removed. When sanding wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation. Remove any silicone sealant before painting. You can re-seal after applying the paint. When painting wooden doors, remove wax and oil and fill any holes or defects with a wood filler.
- Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly before use. Apply between 10°C and 25°С. For best results, at least 2 coats are recommended using a brush or foam roller. Allow 10 days for paint to fully cure. During this time treat your new paintwork with extra care, gently wiping any spills or liquids from the paint immediately.

Rubbish paint
First impression thought nice thick paint may get away with one coat. No such luck as after drying looked awful, i used a roller and you could see every roll mark, thought would be better after second coat but dried the same. I have painted kitchen doors before and never had this problem, total waste of my time and money.

Nice colour but separates too easily
We bought this to renovate done kitchen cabinets. Ideal paint we thought. On opening it was completely separated. Had to use an electric paddle for at least 10 minutes to get it to the correct consistency. It started separating immediately, even while it w on the brush, so it was difficult to get a decent, consistent colour. Lots of streaking sure to the separation.

Completely unfit for purpose
Even after two coats and weeks to dry, this paint isn't wipeable- it comes off with a gentle wipe with a very slightly damp cloth. And you will need to wipe it because it marks up easily. I'd avoid using this paint again, including any of the other colours it comes in. The one good thing I can say is I do think this is a lovely colour.
