The entire experience is exceptionally difficult
You carry all but 3 doors in store. So why do you need to order these only. Quality poor and pricing is devious - carcasses, door, hinge handle, plinth are all separately priced making the kitchen expensive. The quality of the units are very poor and probably worst on the market today - chips, see through melamine cover, explode at the slightest contact with water. In comparison to your previous IT range these are extremely poor quality and more expensive. You give feedback but no one cares to do anything with it. Even the rolls of matching edge trims are as thin as toilet paper and laminate on worktops paper thin. Cheap as chips, top price, maximised margin. No thought for the customer, market reputation or future business. General view is avoid like the plague !
