Nice seat, shame about the fixings
The seat is fine but the fixings are ridiculous. Had to buy new plugs.

I bought this product as good combination of finish, closure, and noise. As far as I can see seems the durability will not be an issue. Overall satisfactory item. Suggested.

Good quality.
This fitted well, being adjustable on the brackets. The quality is good and it seems robust. It is easy to clean.

Not great
Bad fit moves and doesn’t close well. All B&Q products seem to be not great these days because they out source everything to other companies and then NEVER take responsibility for the stuff they sell online despite having these companies buy for them. Obviously not doing something right!!

Not that good
The toilet seat itself is fine it’s the fitting that are bad so we had to use something I had gotten from shein a rubber plug and that sorted it so not happy I had to do that and it wasn’t a cheap buy
