DO NOT buy this product

I bought this product to paint a feature wall in our living room. Previous paint was a white emulsion, which was sanded and wiped clean before painting. It took four coats to get a finish approximating to a decent finish, which was bad enough. However, when I peeled away the masking tape applied to protect the adjacent walls, the four coats simply peeled away with the tape leaving chunks of the wall uncovered back to the original paint. I’ve found the only way of repairing the damage is to re-apply making tape, and repaint removing the masking tape immediately while the paint is still wet. In contrast the Deluxe paint applied to the other walls in the room covered in two coats and the masking tape was removed with no problem. This product is simply not of an acceptable quality.
