a decent low cost slab, however, the pack of 20 that got delivered from the suppliers was fine, but the single slabs that got delivered, that had been packed by the store staff broke easily, I'm guessing they were packed without care. this meant I had to return the broken tiles to the store myself making the car dirty and wasted time and effort, I wasn't pleased!

Mixed feelings

I ordered 7 packs along with some other items no problems with delivery or items so far. I laid them all without any issues and it looked really nice so I decided to extend it a little further then planned. This meant me having to go and collect them myself from the store has it was the weekend and I was running out of dry weather. Any way I purchased 15 slabs started to lay them and noticed they were not completely square only by a few mm but made the gaps quite apparent. I decided to grin and bare it after the effort it would have taken to return them. But to top it off once laid cleaned and dried the ones from the store are quite clearly a darker gray and a different texture then the ones that had been delivered. Which as gave a disappointing finish to what is a lovely patio. So frustrated after laying 140 slabs and then 15 spoil it.

20 slabs, none broken, delivered in a well wrapped block on a pallet. The slabs were easy to cut with an angle grinder and the end result (a path round a new conservatory) has exceeded expectations. With 2 slabs left over the only downside would have been the fact you cannot cannot buy from store, or buy singles, so why buy if the job requires slightly more than 20 slabs or you need to replace a couple due to breakages etc. Be aware of the weight of each slab, particularly if you have a long driveway or need to take them round to the back garden

Nothing wrong with the slabs, just a expected.
Nothing wrong with the delivery, date and times communicated very well.
BUT IT WAS NOT A SAFE DELIVERY! One man with a hand pallet mover, hanging off the end of the tailgate to get the pallet to the tail hoist. One man begging for help to move the load to the across the pavement.
One man who will one day seriously injure himself.
One slab broken on arrival - told to take the two halves back to B&Q where I could get a refund. Difficult if no access to appropriate vehicle to carry it! Decided to grin and bear it on the basis that one slab at least would end up being cut to fit.
