Faulty
When the plasterer installed the plasterboard and skimmed the Area all seemed fine no issues with damp or the boards snapping or breaking on installation however two days after skimming the plasterboard fell off the wall and massive cracks appeared which suggested an issue with the plaster but upon further investigation all of the plasterboard had to be removed and replaced with a better quality product, not from B&Q.

Absolute scam
DO NOT BUY THIS This board is an total waste of money. How they can charge more than double the price for this is mental. The foil on the back is the most delicate flaked on, uneven sheet that must have cost literal pence. This board has the thermal properties of a wet tea towel. Do yourself a favour and buy a roll of tinfoil and PVA it onto the back of a normal board and you’ll create something 10x as useful as this. As useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, why B&Q even stock never mind sell this is a mystery.

Not great
I bought a second load last week and the quality was not as good and they were all damaged. When you cut the board it is loads of bubbles not as compact as the other load.

For the first time the quality is not good
Bought tapered edge boards, noticed that they seemed quite softer and flimsy, thought they were wet. Waited some time and nothing has improved. I wonder what feedback have the vendor as we've just asked the plasterer to dab and plasterboard a whole extension and I am a bit reluctant of plastering. Who can assure we won't have any issue in the long run? The plaster inside the boards does not seem as strong as usual...

Good item - website was misleading though
Good item. Website had wrong image/info so I travelled further I had to, to collect. Glad I did though as staff member at Nursling store was super helpful and found us the right item as website was wrong and cut the board to fit in car as husband had back injury! Thankyou. Think website now corrected.

Great result
My wife and I used Gyproc Duplex Plasterboard along with a specialised insulation to cover in our conservatory roof which is polycarbon sheeting. The results are super - noise reduction (from rain), increased room temperature (allows us to use the conservatory for dining) and really significantly reduced room condensation. We are also hoping it will reduce the room temperature during the summer period. We used 1200g lining paper to cover it rather than plaster skim, and the painted finish is really acceptable. As a result we purchased further sheets and again with insulation covered a rather poor condition side wall with the same result. Thoroughly recommended.
