waste of money
doubled up (25mm) due to noise from neighbour , Made absolutely no difference. normal plasterboard would give same effect.

sound bloc plaster board
heavier than normal size plaster board and a bit more harder to cut [need to keep changing blades in knife]ok for light noise I have a noisy neighbour very loud music and tv I would need about 10 sheets of these over each other to make a difference but ok for normal noise and goes up just as easy as normal boards might need 2 to handle because of extra weight but over all good board a little bit pricy you could probably get same result with 2 sheets of normal plaster board and works out cheaper as well using the normal boards

Excellent!
2 layers of gyproc soundbloc plasterboard's on top of a stud frame filled with 50mm rockwool was enough to block 80% of the noise coming from my noisy neighbors!
