M6 Coach Bolts

Used mainly for fastening timber to timber the M6 Coach Bolt is also often used for timber joist and decking installations. Also known as the M6 Carriage Bolt or M6 Cup Square Bolt, they have a countersunk rounded head, where and the shank is topped by a short square section under the head. The M6 Coach Bolt has a thread diameter of 6 millimetres, in simple terms the M stands for metric – in this case 6 mm.
