Used this and the 2 heads to paint entire house. Sturdy, easy to use, did the job it was expected to
Great time saving roller

I had always been wary of using an extendable roller but decided to buy this and give it a try. I am very impressed, so easy to use and saved loads of time. I also thought it made the paint go further. I will be using it all the time from now on!
Very poor quality

I bought this product to do an outside wall. Whilst it looks ok, the tightening mechanism never really worked very well and after a few uses now cannot be tightened up at all meaning the telescopic end moves around and slides down constantly so it can’t be used any more as a telescopic roller. I bought a Harris roller as I thought they were good quality but I would never buy again.
Awful

Was all organised to start painting as I had covered up all the kitchen and had sanded down all the walls. It was rubbish kept rolling off and left paint drops. Not happy!!!! Thought Harris was a great reliable make.
Stressful to use

the paint stays in the end caps of the roller and splits leaving dots all over the wall, massive waste of time
