Please note: B&Q’s system may send you an automated delivery date by email. This is only a provisional estimate. We will contact you directly to confirm your actual delivery slot and discuss access details. Your turf is transported via a dedicated pallet courier service and delivered directly to your home. Most deliveries are made using 18‑tonne rigid trucks that can access the majority of UK addresses, though larger vehicles may occasionally be used. If you have any concerns about access or vehicle size, just let us know when we call to schedule your delivery. For safe unloading with a manual pallet trolley, a flat and level surface is required. Deliveries are typically kerbside, but drivers will always try to place the pallet where you prefer — such as on your driveway — whenever conditions allow. Deliveries take place Tuesday to Friday, between 8am and 2pm. We’ll be in touch shortly after your order to confirm everything.
