Don't rate

Had this delivered in November, started using a month or so later once our kitchen was finished, and I can't get over how rubbish it is at drying clothes. We have tried various settings and contacted Hoover - with no response - and we just aren't getting anywhere. We have downloaded the app, which gives more settings options, but this needs to be reconnected through WiFi every time it's used, which is a pain in itself! We trialled a 3 hour anti allergy setting (our old condensor dryer could dry this same load of towels in 45 minites), reduced to 2 hours, and the load was still damp after it finished!! We've ended up buying a dehumidifier with a laundry setting, which is faster and more cost-effective. What a heap of rubbish.

Worst thing I’ve ever bought

This is the worst tubmble dryer I’ve ever used. The clothes take hours and hours and come out smelly damp. Horrendously bad
