Bought this to keep our 30m hose tidy, its perfect! We cut a bit of our hose off and bought 2 hose aqua connectors from B&Q to set it up directly to our tap (see pic below of ours or watch youtube videos of how to do this If your unsure) you can also just wind the hose on the reel if your not permanently sitting it by an outdoor tap. It was very easy to build and wind the hose on and off, its great for the price and took less than 10 minutes to fully assemble and connect the hose etc, not sure why the bad reviews as it works perfect! We are keeping ours in the garage as that's where our tap is but it seems robust enough hope this helps

I ordered this hose online to collect instore. The website states that it can hold a hose up to 45m in length, but the instructions in the box say the max length which it can hold is 25m.

Bought this today. Fairly easy to assemble, if you look closely to the pictures, but must follow each stage in turn. No nuts or bolts to get rusty, snap fit plastic Suggest keep away from sunlight or the plastic may become brittle.
