A Garden Favourite - The Hydrangea macrophylla, also known as Mophead Hydrangea, is among UK gardens' classic outdoor plant hydrangeas. It is loved for its long-lasting blooms and versatility. It is ideal for borders, patio pots, or as a statement shrub, bringing vibrant colour to any garden. Thrives in UK Gardens - This hydrangea plant grows best in moist, well-drained soil with full sun to partial shade. Keep well-watered, but avoid waterlogged soil for healthy, vibrant flowers. Important Growing Information - The bloom colour of blue and pink hydrangeas can change depending on the soil’s acidity. Acidic soil produces blue flowers, while alkaline soil encourages pink blooms. Large, Garden-Ready Plant - Supplied in a 5-litre pot, this potted outdoor plant arrives strong and healthy. Please note that hydrangeas are cut back from November to April, so their seasonal appearance may vary.
