I bought this and assembled it as required and leaks water from bottom plug constantly , simply cannot keep it full

Not as advertised
Bought this as a Christmas present, arrived fairly quickly, however there are missing parts and when contacting the seller there has been zero response. Lucky I paid via PayPal so should get some resolution eventually.
