We brought this gas fire to update our lounge, when it arrived we thought it looked as we expected but then the gas engineer came to fit it and the first time it was lite he noticed the inside black trim started to bubble... when we looked in the manual it recommends its sprayed annually did not expect this from a gas fire thats over £700 and felt this should have been brought to our attention when purchasing. We tried to contact customer services but after 40mins gave up and then submitted an online form over 10 days ago and still no response. We always use b and q and thought they took pride in their customer service. we are still waiting....

This fireplace looks absolutely fantastic and pumps out a surprising amount of heat. Even our fitter was impressed. Can't wait to finish our room now
