None of the edges are sealed and chips very easy

Bought this for my bathroom, it is not as high as standard so left a gap, none of the edges are covered so I needed to purchase a plastic trim, so i should have just bought the more expensive one in the first place.

Do not buy - it is overpriced rubbish.
The photo shows it fully laminated, but it isn't. Only the front and rear are laminated, none of the edges. I wish I had read the reviews before buying it because there are many reviews that say the same thing.
The laminate chips VERY easily. This board has a ten year guarantee but the laminate flakes off when pushing a strip of plinth seal along the edge. I cannot see how it is going to survive daily wear and tear.
The board is double the price of a piece of regular furniture board the same size, and lower quality.

I purchased this to replace a damaged kitchen plinth. Its was cheap and lived up to its price... horrible, nasty and a complete waste of money. The edges chipped on the merest contact with the floor surface. I had to trim it from 150mm to 146mm and despite using a fine cutter on the mini circular saw, the white laminate chipped so badly, I had to throw it away.
Will never buy this rubbish again.

These are basic plinths but represent good value for a quick makeover.
You might be better off spending more if they are for a busy and heavy use area but these suited my use.Use a sharp saw to avoid chipping
