Not built to last!
MoodyDen - 8 months ago
I bought a ladies fork as with long guarantee thought it would be a good buy and last me some while. Unfortunately within 6 months a prong on the fork has completely snapped off. I am an OAP so certainly not my strength! Cannot find anyone to speak to with regards to replacement. Customer service seems to be extinct. Don't buy this product.
Made from balsa wood!

Yep, totally agree with everyone else here. Do not buy any of their products, it's a complete swizz. Both my fork and spade lasted about 2 weeks until both handles snapped clean off! Impossible to claim under guarantee as there is no support.

wish I'd read reviews prior! It looks good but beware the wood is stained to look like ash and mine broke after just a little use (stored indoors for 6monhs) It broke at top of ferrule across the single (not double!) pin revealing the poor quality softish wood. It is really painted-up garbage. Bought Wilkinson Sword KEW range - costs 2 - 3x more and will last >10x longer
