Had mine for 4 years now, no issues, still looks and hoovers good as new. We use it twice a day. I paid £119 for it 4 years ago and even at that price still a bargin. I've bought a shark cordless in-between for £400, well that's sitting in the cupboard and always get this out instead. Extremely light weight which is ideal for me as I have m.s and arthritis. If anyone wants to be a shark let me know lol!

Purchased the WD2 as I have an ongoing water issue. Within 30 minutes I was having problems. The main one being that roughly every 30 seconds it would cut out. I removed the filter which made it better, but then it just spewed out water everywhere.
I took the machine back and the person at the counter said that he had another person describe the exact same thing the day before.
I decided to give the WD3 a go (£42 more) and it is worth every penny of the upgrade if you need the water vacuum part and would strongly advise anyone to purchase the more expensive model.

Not as good as I hoped, we have used HENRY'S previous to this but decided to go with the Karcher as it is advertised for use in situations like we have.
We found it to be very fragile and infact the casing broken within the first 10 days, very disappointed.
