I think these are probably designed to clean the inside of a conservatory roof or low velux. I can't think what else they'd be good for. They are much too short for what I wanted, which was to clean my upstairs windows. I should've read the description. It's annoying and I think the marketing should be a bit clearer. However, the quality of the product is very good (as you would expect for sticks that cost £40 really!) and it's well designed and sturdy.

Bought this product the other day to go with the WV5 which fits into the harness with ease. Both poles are sturdy but when extended they are not long enough to reach an up stair window. They are more designed for ground floor, bungalows and conservatories etc. To reach the up stairs windows on a typical 3 bed semi I slotted 3 old plastic hoover pipes together and pushed in one of the poles to reach, which solved the problem. It would be a better design to have at least 3 telescopic poles on each unit than just 2. Come on Karcher resolve the problem !!

Not great for upstairs windows

I got this as I was hoping to be able to do my exterior 1st floor windows (whilst standing on a ladder, obviously!). It isn't great as it is too hard to manoeuvre near the window sill. A bit of a waste of money. The only thing it seems to work on is the skylight and again it is difficult to manoeuvre.
