Poor quality wood – structural issues
The wood delivered had serious structural issues – not just cosmetic flaws. It was clearly not suitable for use. I contacted customer service and was told someone would arrange collection. Two weeks later, I’ve had no response. Very poor service and product quality.

Fence post
This was not bought to use as a fence post. It was used to make part of a garden seat. It was not warped and only required a couple of simple cuts to do the job. It was nice smooth planned piece of wood.

Lovely wood
I purchased the posts to replace our porch which had rotten at the base. They too the stain well and have come up a nice colour, they are study and it looks really nice - much better than the white spindles we had!

Great fence post
I needed a 95mm X 95mm but this post was close enough and with some kiln dried sand poured in the side it worked out perfectly
