BUYER BEWARE....KUDOX TALLOS VERTICAL RADIATOR
Despite having a 5 year manufacturers warranty, KUDOX WILL NOT replace a FAULTY product. B&Q guarantee only valid for 1 year, product is now 2 years old and although only installed 2 months ago KUDOX have said it wasn't installed properly (despite it being installed by a plumber/heating engineer). Their customer service is SHOCKING and they will only communicate by email, they do not have any telephone numbers on their website, when you get a telephone number from B&Q, KUDOX will refuse to connect you to anyone and tell you to send them an email!!.
This product is available from B&Q at the cost of £540, if anyone is thinking of purchasing this, please be aware that you MUST purchase an inhibitor before installing the radiator (although this is NOT stated on B&Q website or the installation sheet that comes with the radiator, if you get sent the proper instruction sheet in the first place)

I bought this recently and whilst the moving of pipes to accommodate a vertical rad has been a long winded process, that's a plumbing issue. The rad looks fantastic, creates a focal point and has everyone who comes round commenting favourably. Heat output seems great, loving it.
