I have had 2 and both ripped and poles snapped, allot of money for such a flimsy item.

One English summer (2020) that’s all it’s lasted. Erected May, attempted to dismantle September and the material ripped!! Obviously not UV stable feels like tissue paper don’t waste your money...I Want to put a review on Lay z Spa page to warn folks....AVOID

I bought this to do what it said on the box , had it 4 weeks it’s all ripped , poles broken , called B&Q got told to take it down when it’s windy !!!!! I was in the hot tub until after 11 on Saturday night no winds whatsoever obviously it got windy through the night and that’s when it happened !!! Do not touch this product it’s obviously not fit for its purpose and no help from B&Q
