this is my 2nd lazy spa, and `I really wanted to love it, as it looks so cool. I filled the spa up to maximum and 2 adults got in, we noticed water evey where and when we stood up the water level was a good 2 inches below minimum level, it feels like the walls are not high enough and being only an inch thick the water just pours over the top due to strong air jets. we tried turning the airjets down to 50%, however there was no difference, so not sure if this feature works either. the instruction says press once for 100%,or twice for 50% and third press for off, this didn't work, so googled it and saw that toy have to turn off and back on for 50% but that didn't seem to work either. Tried calling customer iervices and got no where, so spoke with Stevenage store and the the person I spoke to was no help either. First he told me to call lazy spa using the warranty and then told me to bring it back for a person in charge of outdoor products to look at . its too much hassle to take back so stuck with it as didn't want to take it all down and then get told there's nothing they can do about it. I think its a poor design and certainly not built for more than 2 people. I don't think its fair to be told to call Lazy spa and use warranty especially when I have only had it for 3 days
Great Spa and Great Value

I bought this product as a replacement for my six year old Vegas spa. The new pump is so much better than the previous version and the look of the spa it’s self is so much nicer than the very early lay z spas. The thin profile walls do cause some of the water to spill over the top once you are in it, but if you only fill to the minimum Line this isn’t an issue. It’s advertised as a 3-5 person spa but I personally think any more than 3 would be a bit of a squeeze. It is very easy to set up if you follow the YouTube videos. There are no instructions provided in the box. Overall I’m really impressed with this for the price.

Absolutely love it. Can not rave about this product enough. Powerful air jets and love how you contol it through your phone. Bad day at work and I heat it up from lunch so I can have a lovely relaxing evening. Really chills you out.
Bought to replace a Miami model.

Like another reviewer I bought one of these to replace a Miami model.
Personally I disagree about the quality of the walls on this. I would suggest that this drop stitch walled product is far superior to the standard types you see with 15cm walls. Look on a used products marketplace and you’ll see plenty of the others either being sold without the liner or being sold with a puncture which means the product needs to be reinflated regularly. This product is far superior and much more durable. Especially if you have pets which like to jump on top!
It is a fair criticism that the water escapes frequently due to the construction of the walls but treat the max/min lines as guidance for what it’s like with your usual number of guests and it’ll be fine. Top it up if too much escapes. Much better than having a puncture and spending a fortune on patches which don’t work! And it’s good guidance to change the water every now and then anyway!
However, with the slimmer walls, at about an inch thick, you’ll get a lot more water in one of these for smaller dimensions.
The WiFi works seamlessly for me, and that’s with a particularly problematic spot for getting signal with one or two of my other devices. If you can’t get signal, then it might be a problem with your hotspot reach rather than your hot tub! If this works, it allows easy control and scheduling. The only real functionality of worth is the scheduling timer and the remote temperature control.
If you’re looking to do your homework on this, I believe this product is equivalent to the Singapore model.

Amazing hot tub for the money! Easy to use. The Wi-fi connection is so handy too (can turn up the heat from work to jump in when I’m home)
