I bought this after someone thought they’d take a little snoop around my garden last week. I was wary of the power output compared to other halogen lamps but needn’t have worried. I have sited it around 2m high on the back of my house (so that it lights the garden without shining into neighbours properties) and it easily illuminates my back garden which is 8m wide x 12m long. The PIR has great range, especially when crossing in front of it rather than walking directly towards it. It comes premieres with about 50cm of cable which can be easily joined to a longer piece of cable and hidden inside a junction box. I have also sited a battery operated PIR LED light on the back fence just for good measure!

We live an area without street lighting so it is essential we have good lighting around our property. This flood light replaces an old 350W festoon lamp flood light and we found that new LED lamp illuminates the area at least as well as the original at a fraction of the energy cost
Stopped working after 6 months

Yeah, all ok to start but I think either the bulb's gone, which shouldn't really happen that quick or the whole thing is just knackered. Thrown the packaging away now and can't find the receipt so can't really take it back. Other than that, it's amazing!!!
Good product, but........

The power lead should be routed through the centre hole in the bracket, but its not quite big enough to allow it easily to pass through it. Just about managed it after 30 mins effort and some lubrication. Apart from that looks like a good product.
