Really disappointed. Buy cheap buy twice. I had a Karcher for 17 years before it failed. This ones lasted 14 months and a brass fitting internally has fractured and so far been unable to get a part for it.Huge amount of trawling the internet and contacting spares specialist. Today im trying to get someone to make me a part ! The hose real at the top is the most stupid design ever as its top heavy and if you pull on the hose it tips the unit over & snaps the water inlet coupling.

Absolute rubbish

The pressure washer itself is ok. However the hose attachment to the gun and the retention clip housing is made of plastic! Used it about 5-6 times when snapped. So if you buy this be prepared for a replacement gun! Obviously made NOT to last... Worse decision ever!

Great Washer - No spare parts

I bought the pressure washer 6 months ago from B&Q - great reviews, cast iron pump, better value than all the competition - and it was. until it fell over and broke a connector - and you cannot get spare parts for Mac Allister washers, so it's scrap!

Buy cheap, buy twice - still rubbish

I've bought two McAllister pressure washers, both have promised much but delivered little. Seals last barely one year, half the attachments are useless. Poor design, dreadful quality. My next washer will be any other make.

Pure rubbish

Bought this a while back on the advice off as b& q staff member who talked me out of the karcher k4 . I think it only lasted a few months before losing a lot of power and the build quality was terrible with the handle breaking off along with one of the wheels. I have now bought a karcher professional power washer, something I should have done first.
