Nice vice for the price

It's a woodworking vice. If you don't know how to install one and make a couple of timber cheeks for it then don't buy it. If you do then it's very good value for money and works just fine.
Good under bench vice

It mounts easily but has to be mounted from the underside of a workbench, this type of vice has its pros and cons,
Pros - it's more worktop space friendly with being mounted underneath, being flush with the workbench is another bonus for some jobs. It's also got good depth to the open jaw and seems to have good grip.
Cons - it requires access to the underside of the workbench, so any with solid front panels it won't fit on. Also being an underside vice it tends to stick out more as you can't place it further back on the workbench.
So it really depends what work you intend to use this vice for as to if its a good choice for you or not. But it does the job its intended for, and it does it quite well.
Save time and don’t buy it

I bought this vice and returned it within two hours . It cannot be mounted without some type of base which does not come with it and is not available from b+q
