'Fast set' - and it DOES! Instructions say do not mix more than you can use in 20 minutes; keep that in mind, 'cos it WILL go off within those 20 short minutes. DO NOT mix the whole bag at once. 1/4 bag (weigh out 5kg of powder) added slowly to 600 mls of water provides just enough before it is too stiff to work with. Sets quickly, very good grab and hold. Once it goes off, forget it - it is SOLID. You WILL need a paddle mixer and a power drill, it is very hard to mix without. Clean tools with water quickly or it will go off and set solid. Good value, good product. Recommended.

We used it for floor tiles on wooden floor. So far so good. The tiles stay in place, everything is OK. The quality is good. The only thing we didn't like was the smell. I would recommend it and I'm quite surprised about the negative comments.
THIS IS NOT MAPEI QUALITY

THIS IS THE BUILDFIX (CHEAP STUFF) MAPEI MAKE AND NOT THE PROPER MAPEI QUALITY - google it and you will see
I bought two bags of this rubbish - dry and crumbled and tiles soon lifted
Don't use with white marble tiles!

We needed a flexible adhesive on wood floor with underfloor heating for white marble tiles. This seemed to be the only flexible adhesive available and we started with this but we eventually used a white one with a flexible additive instead of water. This was much more expensive but didn't stain the edges of the tiles.
