Pas adapté pour un coffre
Je cherchais des sangles pour stabiliser des gros objets à l'intérieur d'un coffre de voiture. Le conseiller Castorama ne m'a pas bien conseillé. Il conseillait de prendre long, en l'occurrence 4m alors que je n'avais que besoin de 2m. Le problème (j'imagine que c'est le cas pour tous les sangles à cliquet) est que quand on donne des tours de cliquet, la sangle s'enroule autour de l'axe, et arrivé un certain moment, il y a tellement de sangle enroulée qu'on ne peut plus serrer. Du coup, ça ne permet pas de serrer plus court qu'environ 3m, ce qui est beaucoup trop large pour bloquer des objets dans mon coffre. Le mode d'emploi est illisible (3 petits dessins à regarder avec une loupe), j'ai dû retourner au magasin pour qu'un conseiller quincaillerie positionne la sangle correctement dans le cliquet. Et m'a dit que je n'avais qu'à faire 2 tours de sangle si je n'avais pas besoin de 4m ... non, je n'achète pas une sangle de 4m pour avoir à faire 2 tours de sangle pour réduire la longueur. Vraiment déçu de cet achat, et du conseil de Castorama. Je me suis fait rembourser dès le lendemain de l'achat, mais ça reste une perte de temps (allers-retours, essais etc).

Strong but awkward
Im not used to using ratchet straps whatsoever. I thought id buy the most expensive choice because its bound to be the easiest to use. Well... the instructions are pointless. 3 little pictures. I couldnt figure out where to loop the strap into. Then when i did ratchet the load, at the final destination i couldnt figure out how to loosen the straps! Yes theres a ‘release’ trigger. But nothing was happening, still tight. Was trying for over 30mins trying to figure it out. I couldnt. Wraped over itself. So ended up cutting the straps!!! Unable to use again now. (Unless i buy more straps)
