I’ve reset the code and it’s gone back to the factory default. Can anyone point me in the direction of manufacturers instructions so I can retrieve my keys!!!!

Purchased recently, easy to use and also change the combination. Only downside, which I think is fairly essential, is that there are no hooks. The keys just sit inside the box, so when you open it, they are sitting on the lid as you open it. There is plenty of room to hang them, but no facility.

Bought this to keep spare key outside. Screws provided were located using the supplied steel template. Very solid fixing. Combination easy to change.
Body seems very sturdy. A two lever latch. Probably could be smashed open with a large hammer though i haven't tried, then so could my front door.
Very robust and weather proof. Peace of mind that access can be gained in case of emergency. Overall very pleased with product.
