It’s ok
It’s ok. I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a base as it’s not a cheap buy. I had to spend again to ensure that it had a stable base So it could last as long as possible

Looks good from a distance
Looks good from a distance but up close there are small bits when it comes to the panels being constructed on the cheap. The front and back panel are slightly wonky so there’s a small gap at the bottoms when screwed to the side panel. We have filled them and will seal them with a sealant but worth knowing. There is a piece of wood to attach on the back at each side but as the slats of wood go horizontal the wood doesn’t fit straight so you can see it from the front sticking out. The door has dropped so needs shaving off at the bottom to stop it sticking. The diamond which should be on the front which didn’t arrive in the pack so we will buy one separately to cover up the joint where it doesn’t match up. The playhouse comes with a colour sprayed on it but the spray is patchy everywhere, it’s on the window and door glass to clean off yourself and where there is tape to know which is left and right of the sides it’s peeled off the stain. Note: I bought with wanting to leave it the colour it is purchased at but the instructions state it must be painted as soon as built.

Poppy Playhouse - Review
This is a very pretty wee house, it looks almost like a mini-Swiss chalet when made - we are very happy with it visually. However, it hasn't been tested for the long-term yet in our rather wet and windy climate, but so far so good. A few tips might help you decide: - It is cheap at £293 (much cheaper than a shed), but we had to pay an extra £54 for delivery - It is rather small, but ideal for small children (say aged 3 to 10) - Having and knowing how to drill holes with a mechanical drill (and using the right 3mm bit) is absolutely necessary. - You must have a flat concrete /patio surface to erect it on, waterproofed - Be VERY careful to read all instructions BEFORE starting on any section - Follow the instructions VERY carefully, the instructions are a bit vague in places - Otherwise, it took me 1-2 days to finish the job (2 x people at least are needed) and you need to choose dry days to do it Overall, however, a great value product and very appealing to kids! xx
