Having used these tiles throughout my whole kitchen flooring I can say they look great but need cutting with an electric cutting wheel. The porcelain is tough and you wont cut with a manual cutter. You cant even mark the tiles due to the colouring and toughness. I used a felt pen. The best grout is mapei and anthracite colour not grey , be warned I tried the grey first. If i did it again i would use a 4mm space not 2mm space and do take you time as I say every cut counts as how hard they are. I laid 80 kgs a latex on my floor for levelling. Only knock up enough adhesive that you cam lay in about 15 mins as it goes of quick but is very easy as the tiles are big. Remember about 10percent for wastage but I still have 5 packs left over in case I want a down stairs toilet done.
