Way too small to fit pre-drilled holes in cabinet. Size of peg NEEDS TO BE PRINTED ON PACKET.
Use correct drill size...

Read the reviews, but the higher rated pegs not in stock, so bought these, measured the pin size and found after converting to imperial that they were 11/16”. Fitted this morning nice and snug fit.
The drill size should have been put on the packaging, that’s why I dropped the stars on ease of use.

These are not the standard size to fit a 5mm hold - they are closer to 3.5mm and will not stay secure in the hole. It would help if the packet gave the diameter - a key piece of information. Not impressed.
Check the size!!

Might sound daft but I thought most cupboard shelving would have a standard diameter for the pins. My cupboard is 5mm and these are 3.5mm in diameter -not mentioned anywhere on the packet. These might be perfect for a B&Q kitchen but not for me.
Not the same as older version

I bought these as we wanted additional shelves in our kitchen units. Have previously bought similar from B&Q and had four left over in original pack and they worked well. The originals were product code was 03232484 and sold in packs of 8. These are product code 03209509, in packs of 12 and they are junk! As others have said, the back isn't flat so they don't sit flush into the sides of the units. However the "peg" is slightly conical, about 0.4mm narrower at the end. Consequently they bend down and slip out of the holes as soon as any weight is put on them, even an empty shelf! Obviously B&Q have switched to cheaper items and sacrificed quality. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL STYLE!
