Purchased to use as gravel board for fencing
Bought to use as a gravel board to higher fencing. Took a while to find one in good condition as some had chunks missing or were slightly bowed. Had to find the price at the till as there was no pricing on shelf. There was no barcode on product and staff struggled to find the price. Thought it was rather expensive

Good service
I bought several items on click and collect, excellent service, saved me a lot of time searching for them myself. Everything was ready for me and already stacked on a trolley ready to go. Would definitely use this service again.

Convenience over price.
Needed a couple extra pieces of treated timber on a Sunday. This was more expensive than the local timber merchant who also give a good trade discount, but needed them on a Sunday. Trade Point price was the same as Joe public price, so I'm not sure of the benefit in this case. Got what I needed on a Sunday though so all good. Timber was fine.

Click and collect disaster
I bought 3 lengths via click and collect and one length selected had a significant flaw halfway along I rejected and had to wait for a replacement to be selected so no benefit in click and collect because assistants clearly select the flawed items other buyers do not pickup to try to offload on click and collect buyers
