A rip off product not worth the price or hassle
DO NOT BUY, the description says easy assembly but it’s anything but - what you get are unpacked lengths of timber (that can be bought FAR cheaper in a timber merchants), and that’s it! This is TOTAL assembly and a RIP OFF in price. Then they said they’d delivered until I pointed out I had CCTV and could prove they hadn’t, suddenly it appeared and was caked in mud. I now have to PAY someone to build these. THEN complained to B&Q who DID NOTHING and closed the case WITHOUT even consulting me!!! AND it’s impossible to get hold of B&Q customer service, no email, can’t reply to emails they do send, premium rate phone number so total rip off all round. Would never buy from B&Q again.
